Most of the U.S. based web hosting companies or off-shore web hosts but having datacenter in U.S. will honor DMCA complaints / copyright complaints / spam complaints – many will instantly take-down your site or suspend your account within 24 hours after notifying you by email. That’s the reason many web pros who have money-sites do not want to host with those web hosts which act as jury and suspend the accounts. After enough research on various forums, reading reviews on other blogs, and finally trying out select web host, I could compile the list of those trusted web hosting providers that ignore DMCA complaints / copyright infringement complaints.

IMPORTANT Note: Hosts that Ignore DMCA complaints (aka DMCA ignored web hosts) means they’ll not delete the complaint but will forward to you, the website owner, and you’ll have to reply the complainant. These hosts don’t care whether you resolve the issue or not. They’ll not suspend your web hosting or domain name just because some third-party including police, law makers, or copyright firms send them a complaint against you. If you opt for their Canada web hosting, they’ll ignore all complaints against your site and will ask you to move out or suspend only if Canada court gives written order. They host many high-risk investment sites. They are trusted host and a domain registrar. They offer anonymous web hosting and domain registration too (through their Chinese upstream provider – BizCN)!
  3. Shinjiru: Shinjiru is based in Malaysia in Asia, and is also DMCA-safe web host. They host few spam and fake bank sites too. They’ll suspend your hosting only if Malaysia court gives written order.
